Pues eso, despues de un parón/cancelación por COVID ya vuelve esta gran competición pianística, os dejo el video anuncio y los links:

The 16th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition www.arims.org.il

The 2021 competition will be held in a new format that combines online competition with live performances.

Stages I & II (the recitals) will be recorded in five venues around the world: Beijing, London, Potsdam, New York, and Tel Aviv,
and will air on the competition website, on 1 – 10 April.

The final stage will take place in the halls in Tel Aviv between 29 April – 3 May,

with the Israel Camerata Jerusalem, a String Quartet, and the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.

Program includes greetings, presentation of the jury of the 16th Competition, the ballots that were held to determine the order in which the competitors perform, behind-the-scenes experiences and interviews from the recordings made around the world (Beijing, London, Potsdam, New York, Tel Aviv), interviews with the three winners of the 15th Competition - Szymon Nehring, Daniel Ciobanu and Sara Daneshpour, during which they choose a work performed by Rubinstein and explain their choice. And finally, a broadcast of three works in full:

Szymon Nehring Beethoven, Concerto No. 1 in C Major, Op. 15

Daniel Ciobanu Mussorgsky, Pictures at an Exhibition

Sara Daneshpour
Rachmaninov, Concerto No. 3 in D Minor, Op. 30
